Valentina Primo is an award-winning entrepreneur, journalist, and storyteller, and the founder of Startups Without Borders, a global organization that has supported over 20,000 refugees and migrants in reclaiming their future  through entrepreneurship. She has spent more than a decade building ecosystems that empower displaced innovators to solve global challenges, while advocating for migration as a force for innovation. Valentina is a recognized thought leader on social impact and entrepreneurship, a 2025–2026 Obama Scholar, and a recipient of the Women in Excellence Award. She has delivered keynote speeches in over 15 countries, sharing insights at the intersection of technology and social change.

As a journalist, Valentina’s storytelling and photography showcase communities transforming the world from unexpected places. She founded Startup Scene Middle East, Egypt’s first major entrepreneurship media platform, and her work has been featured in BBC, Forbes, and Entrepreneur.com. Her migration journey from Argentina to Italy and then Egypt has deeply shaped her search for purpose, which is at the heart of her upcoming book.
